Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to delivering reliable services. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

Eligibility

Refunds and cancellations are only applicable if a participant is unable to attend as per registration due to unprecedented situations.

Refund specifications:

  • Full Refund: If cancellation is made between 10 to 15 days prior to the scheduled start, a full refund will be issued.
  • 50% Refund: If cancellation is made 5 days prior to the scheduled start, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
  • No Refund: No refund will be provided in the following cases:
    a) Cancellation made 1 day before the scheduled start
    b) No-show without prior notice
    c) Walk out during the session or program

Non-Eligibility

Refunds and cancellations will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Failure to attend without prior notice
  • Partial use of services or digital products

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or cancellation, students must contact us at support@softwarepoets.com with:

  • Full name and registration details
  • Reason for the request
  • Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate, academic letter)

We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve all refund requests within 7 business days.

All refund decisions are made at the discretion of Software Poets. We value fairness and will always strive to support students facing genuine difficulties.
